Abstract: Ingrid Hofmann is Managing Director of Hofmann Personal Leasing in Nuremberg, one of the largest companies of its kind in Germany. In her interview with IAB-Forum she explains what motivates her, who it is that comes to her company looking for work and what she thinks about the position of women in temporary work. In addition she takes a stance on three topics that are controversial in politics, the social sciences and the media: the minimum wage, co-determination and further training. (IAB)
