Abstract:
"Many people, who are classified as long term unemployed in Germany, are not counted as unemployed in other countries, as they obtain incapacity to work or premature pension. Germany is a lot less affected by long term unemployment than most of the other countries, as soon as this aspect is considered." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
