Abstract: "When Frank-Jürgen Weise, former manager of the private sector, became chairman of the Federal Labour Office, it was said to be a bold experiment. Entrepreneurial behaviour within the public contract was his motto from the very beginning. Today his managerial qualities are more in demand than ever - even abroad. Meanwhile Weise has also become leader of the Federal Office of Migration and Refugess and Chair of the Board of the European Network of Public Labour market Services.
