Europäische Arbeitslosenversicherung: Die Diagnose stimmt, die Therapie nicht

Abstract:
"In recent years, the national labour markets of the Eurozone have been more and more drifting due to changing market conditions. A suggestion to counteract this development, is implementing a European unemployment insurance. Yet this would seriously interfere in the variety of the historically grown national social systems. A financial compensation between states with a good and bad labour market situation could easily be achieved - and with fewer side effects - by an appropriate budget on a European level."
