At IAB, it is primarily, but by no means exclusively, conducted in the research unit “Education, Training, and Employment Over the Life Course”. In a joint interview, its head, Prof. Silke Anger, and IAB Director Prof. Bernd Fitzenberger provide insights into the relevant research activities of IAB – and explain where they see an urgent need for political action."
