Abstract: "Educational research is an essential part of labor market and occupational research. At IAB, it is primarily, but by no means exclusively, conducted in the research unit “Education, Training, and Employment Over the Life Course”. In a joint interview, its head, Prof. Silke Anger, and IAB Director Prof. Bernd Fitzenberger provide insights into the relevant research activities of IAB – and explain where they see an urgent need for political action."
