Multidimensional cloud-enabled innovations for financial services

Abstract:
The research focuses on cloud computing innovations for financial services. This paper reports a study of ontology/taxonomy of cloud-enabled innovations for financial services. The analysis and discussion lead to a multidimensional framework of cloud-enabled service innovations, with a particular emphasis on business model, product, service, marketing, and platform financial innovations. The research contains guidelines to help practitioners and policy makers develop cloud-enabled financial innovation strategies through the consideration of different levels of innovation. It offers a relevant source of ideas and guidance for anyone interested in research and practice related to rethinking service innovation.
