International Journal of Process Management and Benchmarking, 2024, vol. 17, issue 2, 250-261

Abstract: This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the International Journal of Process Management and Benchmarking (IJPMB) using Scopus, focusing on output, citation impact, collaboration patterns and thematic evolution from 2005 to 2023. The study found that the journal has published 348 articles covering a wide range of topics, with a high citation impact and collaborations with various institutions. The analysis also revealed emerging trends and research constituents through co-citations, co-occurrences, and thematic evolution analyses. R studio and VOS viewer were utilised to conduct the study. These data provide additional insight into the publication patterns, citation structures, and collaborative characteristics of the journal and contribute to a deeper understanding of the field of process management and benchmarking.
