Abstract: The hotel industry is one of the sectors that largely increases the environmental burden. Therefore, due to the large number of environmental problems faced by the hotel industry, there is a growing force for the companies and their stakeholders to respond correctly to environmental concerns and to introduce sustainable business practices such as the adoption of green practices. This study used a research model to explore the relationship between green HRM practices in the Egyptian hotels. Structural equation modelling was utilised to analyse data collected from 910 hotels. The research findings revealed that green recruiting and selection, green training and development, and green compensation have a meaningful sustainable performance relationship. The study provides hotel managers with meaningful implications on how to use GHRM in improving their business performance.
