Abstract: The management of the contents does not refer to the skills of teaching a specific discipline but rather it refers to those skills appicables to all disciplines and activities. In the center of the management skills of the classroom sits the management of the instructional activities, the correlation and the integration of the extra- activities and the solving of the specific problems of the discipline. If the mutual trust is stronger, the students will become earlier responsible individuals. In this way, both educators and also students become co-participants in the process of teaching- learning, trying to obtain the best individual and collective results.
