Abstract: The meetings are reunions mostly attended by people who are working in the same field or the same object of activity. These meetings are materialized in work-shops, lectures, symposiums, conferences, debates. Therefore, they must be carefully prepared through a rigorous analysis of the topic and its opportunity and impeccable organization through the display of the meeting. This means observing the steps and specific procedures, the duties and the skills of its actors, the overall structure and experience gathered up in the professional culture.
