Abstract: We hear more and more people talking about “management" and †manager", nouns associated with at least one of the adjectives effective, ineffective, defective. Most often, discussions are about what managers should do and almost never about what they can do. Those of us whose knowledge is at least above average, know that managers have the freedom of movement, of action and of involvement, and the results obtained confirm or deny the value of the management. The manager, as a managerial-trained person, must have the necessary information and correctly shape the group in which they exert their manager quality, as their only task should be centered on amelioration and improving efficiency.
