Abstract: Active cooperation of the school and teachers with other educational factors - family, local community, media, church, NGOs - should lead to the development of sustainable partnerships, conducive to a positive approach to various problems of young students. School must find optimal forms by those involved in this education process can manage human resources, have knowledge of psychology and pedagogy, to adapt quickly to change management in today's society.
