Abstract: Starting from the definition of educational management, I have shown in this paper that children's success depends largely on harmonizing approaches the school with the family and the good cooperation between teachers and parents to establish an educational continuity. We paid particular interest for decision making, negotiation and management of activities leading to the interrelation of three factors-society -the family school.
