Abstract: This work has two main ideas. The first one is related to the methodology of changing, to the attitude of teachers toward change, how do people proceed in different stages of reforming, how is innovation accepted in the educational system. The other one is related to major changes in organization of group activities. The early education has changed: choosing the right kindergarten is a very important decision for parents. The role of kindergarten teachers in learning process has changed a lot, too.
