Abstract: In the context of the current world, the educational organization needs professionals with real managerial qualities to carry out effective activities. This brief analysis highlights some of the features of the current teacher, further developing the theme of school motivation, a determining factor in achieving school returns. The theories presented describe important aspects of the psychological mechanisms of learning motivation. Instead of conclusions, some suggestions from children and teachers about the organization of the educational process are mentioned.
