Abstract: Time is an essential resource for each of us, but in the same time an issue with which we are daily facing. Time management targets a set of actions, rules, organised principles, efficiently to complete a decision-making process. It implies a self-reporting and follows a certain stage: structuring, prioritizing, planning, meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, avoiding excessive control, maximazing the use of the energy, important urgent differentiation, personal-professional balance, and last but not least, adaptation to the changes of society.
