The organizational strategy indicates all the medium and long-term objectives, the implementation modalities and the resources allocated to its mission and vision. The elements of the educational management are: the mission of the organization, the strategic targets, the strategic actions, the resources allocated for carrying out the actions and the analysis and study of the environment in which the organization operates. The school organization is performing if the strategy is in line with the direct and indirect environment.
