Abstract: The value of a country is directly proportional with the level of education of their citizens. The education is defined as a set of measures applied to develop the individual's abilities. Educational development directions should focus on socialization, social control, social mobility, tolerance, volunteering and innovation. Since ancient times, education management has been the subject of a study of various schools. The school climate is defining as the performance of a quality educational act. The correct application of school rules and discipline leads to the proper evolution of the instructive-educational process.
