Chapter 19 in Managementul educaţional la clasa si in scoala – Educational management in the classroom and in school (Romanian Version), 2018, vol. 1, pp 119-126 from Editura Lumen, Department of Economics

Abstract: The complexity of specific educational outcomes of preschool requires combining school activities with extracurricular activities and encourages educational partnerships. The extracurricular activities are complementary to the activities conducted in the classroom through their structure and content, and have a role and a well-established way in the formation and molding of a children' personality. The extracurricular activities complement and develop especially those aspects that formal education cannot form and strengthen enough in terms of quality and quantity. The management of extracurricular activities requires methodological approaches characterized by methodical flexibility.
