Abstract: In conclusion and based on the importance of education, the specific profession and the responsibility that the teacher in ensuring optimum development of personality, it follows that the teaching should receive the best candidates. Keep in mind that they will work with the man in the making, and the effects of their work can reverberate through the life of the student. If improving teacher is thorough and complete, its improvement can be done more successfully shaping the character, skills and professional skills of students.
