Abstract: Social Emotional Leaning (SEL) have 5 core competencies as stated in The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL): (a) Self-awareness, (b) Self-management, (c) Social-awareness, (d) Relationships Skills, (e) Responsible Decision-Making. The session is designed to have the participants acquire some of the competencies of SEL through the experiences, games and activities.
