Abstract:
What do we mean when we say that someone is resilient? We mean that someone lived a difficult experience, suffered, overcome difficulties and... surpassed himself! For example, in the works developed by Yunes, Garcia and Albuquerque (2007) it is concluded that resilience refers to the processes by which individuals deal with everyday problems and how they adapt to solve them. Thus, the same applies to a group, a couple, and therefore a family!
