Abstract:
The abstract presents the managerial competencies necessary for the effective management of the school manager in the educational environment and beyond. Competence development is a process that takes place throughout the career and involves specialized training, both within the organization and throughout the professional and social environment. A good manager will pay special attention to the professionalization of the function through the continuous development of skills to ensure quality in education with a special impact on the organizational climate as well as the public relations specific to the school.
