Abstract: Quality in education is based on several factors from which we can not exclude the teaching staff. Speciality literature offers various examples that show us the great advantages of the teaching staff, from making decisions in developing the school, to the benefits offered to teachers by teamwork, benefits that are somehow in the famous pyramid of Maslow’s needs. At the same time, it is generally recognized the fact that teams are more creative than individuals, the members of a good team motivate each other and the high level of assuming the responsibility, which the team members have towards each other, is a method of improvement.
