Abstract: The purpose of this article is to emphasize the importance of the application within an educational establishment, of a right management which takes into account all factors involved in the educational process: teachers, students, family, community, in accordance with the mission, the aims and the social and economical responsibilities of the Romanian education system. It was also underlined the fact that, school success is associated with the ability of the school's manager to find pioneering solutions to accomplish the goals established and to respect the legal framework which runs the educational system.
