Abstract: In an open democratic society it takes an active person willing to get involved in organizing, leadership and management and is validating his own acts and others alike. The manager, through his decisions and personal example, must support and promote ethical values, professional and personal integrity of collaborators and subordinates. The role of a manager in the school is to inspire teachers, support staff and students with the desire to be the best and provide them with the necessary conditions to do their best in a constant competition with others and themselves.
