Abstract: The legal norm is a legal normative judgment in a normative proposition logical form, expressed in a grammatical sentence. It is not the grammatical sentences, neither the propositional forms which are legal, but the normative judgement that gives particular significance to the general form and cognitive value to the information embedded in the grammatical propositional construct.
