Abstract:
In the resource-dependent globalized economy threatened by climate change and regional instabilities, power struggles for resources are playing an increasingly crucial role behind the curtains, often covered by diplomacy or goodwill rhetoric. Forging strategic resource partnerships among nations is the way forward. Many are already underway.
