Tourism in Perm region: problems and prospects

Abstract:
The problem of the effectiveness of the tourism industry of Perm region is considered in the article. Presents the findings obtained from the qualitative marketing research conducted using the SWOT-analysis. On results of this market research were identified the strengths and weaknesses of tourism in the Perm region and highlight the opportunities and threats that may affect the functioning of the tourism industry in the region. In addition, it was suggested the union of main tourist centers in clusters to achieve synergistic effects. Based on the research conclusions were drawn about the effectiveness of tourism in the Perm region and have been designated the future development of industry.
