Abstract:
In modern conditions, many markets are already divided by major players, and new ones are not able to create a significant level of competition on the world stage, so countries with poorly developed industry became dependent on technologically developed countries, and the solution in this situation may be the policy of import substitution. Therefore, this article discusses the models of import substitution and the features of this kind of policy in Russia.
