Abstract:
This article focuses on the problems of supporting innovative cluster of the Russian economy. In modern conditions, the effectiveness of innovation and innovative capacity of Russian companies are increasingly dependent on the characteristics of their human capital. Consequently, government support innovation sector should be primarily aimed at ensuring such activities that would promote the development of the important from the point of view of innovation cluster, the characteristics of human capital.
