Abstract:
One of the striking trends in consumer behavior in the Russian market is the transition (or partial adherence) to a healthy lifestyle. The most significant element of healthy lifestyle can be considered a healthy (balanced) diet, in particular, ensuring its naturalness. This article is devoted to the questions of how the Russian market and its regulators respond to consumer requests. The main market participants, directions of their development, prospects are defined.
