Abstract:
This article discusses the features of the market of children's toys from the point of view of the behavior of buyers and consumers, as well as the means of loyalty management. The influence of economic factors on the trends of purchasing toys of different price categories and changing points of sale, segmentation of the market of children's toys, leading companies selling imported toys in Russia, the analysis of preferences of children of different ages, considered innovative inventions in the field of goods for children.
