The implementation of Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning in Secondary Education

Abstract: The main purpose of this survey is to investigate the effectiveness of Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) in the teaching of Modern Greek in Lyceum. The survey was carried out in the form of a field experiment, with one experimental group and one control group. An didactic intervention in the form of a training scenario was carried out. Fifty (50) students of the Second Class of Lyceum of the Prefecture of Attica were the sample of the survey. The survey was conducted from 10 October 2016 to 20 December 2016 and lasted thirteen hours. The results of the research revealed that, after the experiment, there was a positive change in the attitudes of the experimental group's students regarding the use and utility of the computer.
