Diagnostics of regional finances

Abstract: Diagnostics as a special type of analysis has its own objectives, tasks, procedures and objects of investigation, which, in particular, must include the state of public finances in a region and the system of their management. In this respect, a structure of tasks and sequence of procedures used to assess individual management actions is presented and its benefits are shown on the case of the Novosibirsk region.
