Investment legislation: federal and regional aspects

Abstract: Legal regulation which is an important factor for investment activity on a territory greatly varies across the regions. The paper considers features and directions in regions’ investment policy reflected on their law acts pertaining to investments. A new model scheme for such acts is proposed and within its framework the goals and tasks, principles and mechanisms of investment development are discussed
