Abstract: The paper presents some findings from a study on Optimization of Regional Social Policy in the Siberian Federal District (within the framework of the Russian-Canadian project) on the key issues of social development in Siberia and of regional social policy in the Siberian Federal District in the spheres of labor, employment, per capita income and regulation of demographic and migration processes
