Abstract:
The object of discussion is the environment protective policy in coal mining areas of Siberia and the Far East. The principles and key directions of this policy are economic incentives and organizational administrative mechanisms of rational management of nature. The paper proposes instruments designed to correlate payments for pollution with financial losses of enterprises so that incentives to protect nature are not blocked
