Abstract: The paper considers the nature, preconditions and prehistory of the emergence, establishment and development of the corporative culture in Russia. It formulates and investigates the directions, factors and conditions in the formation and development of corporative management on Russian enterprises. Three levels in the management of corporative culture are stated, the means of the management of corporative relations within a company are identified.
