Abstract:
The paper analyses roots and mechanisms of the economic and social deprivation of rural communities caused by the failure of agricultural enterprises, high unemployment, insufficient social support being provided to the rural jobless people, limited labor mobility, law wages, changing labor mobility channels, inversion of social structure, collapse in traditional rural life style occurred because of reforms, and inconsistent status of certain social groups.
