Ownership in consumer cooperative societies

Abstract: The paper considers a key problem of consumer’s societies – property management, describes basic provisions of the concept concerning the ownership in consumer’s societies and aimed at effective property management; and focuses on building an indivisible fund regarded as a major tool to provide the property integrity.
