Assessing the efficiency of the development management in municipal units (case-study for Altai Krai)

Abstract: The paper describes a technique to evaluate how efficient the socio-economic development management is in a municipal unit. The technique is based on comparative estimations of the socio-economic development management in different municipal unit within a region. A case-study for the Altai Krai made by applying this technique, and the results obtained are presented in the paper.
