Factors of reproductive activity of population: analysis of regional differentiation

Abstract: The paper rationalizes the idea that the policies to stimulate birth rate should be regionally differentiated. The factors of reproductive activity of population are shown. The paper classifies the regions by the levels and factors of reproductive activity. It is shown that the level of reproductive activity is motivated by the indicators of socio-economic stability achieved by the country, a region and a family and the indicators of personal living conditions as well as a fact of whether these indicators are balanced.
