Institutional features of building e-government at the municipal level

Abstract: The paper considers the informatization tendencies of public and municipal authorities and shows E-Government functions in rendering of public and municipal services process. The author presents his theoretical considerations concerning the sharing of powers between federal, regional and local bodies in establishing E-Government. He also notes the institutional features of forming E-Government in municipal administrations.
