Structural and managerial transformations of companies in the crisis

Abstract: In 2009 the crisis considerably limited the number of new enterprises being built, and increased the number of those become bankrupt. The paper analyses the present state of industrial enterprises, and tendencies of their development. We also show what managerial changes happened in the context of the crisis.
