Regional Innovation System in West Transdanubia

Abstract: On the base of public opinion poll, the paper studies key factors determining the development of a regional innovation system. We describe the socio-economic trends and regional innovation and scientific potential through generalizing the data concerning the Western Transdanubia NUT. We also show the role which innovation policy and its network tools play in innovation activity of regional businesses.
