Regional birthrate policy: problems and perspectives

Abstract: We identify and analyze objectives and indicators of a regional birthrate policy as well as experience of the Russian regions in building managerial and legal grounds of this policy. We can conclude that there is a need to harmonize the arrangements made at the national and regional levels in this sphere.
