Image of the Public Institutions – Historic, Evolution, Trends

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to underline that there is a preoccupation of the institutions to apply strategies aiming the creation of a positive climate, marked by credibility and trust, the creation of a distinctive image in the relevant social environment and in the interest areas, the determination and motivation of the opinion leaders regarding the main issues and the role of the public institution, the attraction of the citizens’ attention, good will and trust.
