Abstract:
From ancient time, in the name of an primer instinct became a reason of being, the man travel, conquered the spaces from the need of relationship and progress. Alexander Macedonian, Napoleon Bonaparte are leaders of the crowds which carried the expansion in the name of ”vital space” through the extreme. The dismission of the conventional barriers including of the borders, defeating the preconceptions, the dialog for the ethnoreligious compatibility represent the solution for the creation of an free zones, of some spaces without visas like the European Schengen, of some districts like China-town in New York in which the cohabitation, the human relationships are non-antagonistic. The free movement of person it’s particularize between other human rights through that the exertion and the full achievement of this one involve the relationship between the states, the harmonization of those position regarding of this right, fact that influence in a positive way the international atmosphere.
