Abstract: The paper aims to suggest a model of human capital management in the frame of the knowledge assets management and correlated to the organizational performance. The paper proposes to insert the system of human capital management into the knowledge management architecture. The inputs of the human capital management (education, training on the job, job experience and continual learning) are generating specific outputs (current jobs, training needs and expertise) through acquiring, sharing, creating, developing and using knowledge.These processes are specific to the knowledge assets management.
